So I’ve been struggling a lot by overworking myself and by result also not sleeping well either.
Yesterday I felt like I was breathing deeply again. I ate, journaled, listened to the sounds creek running past our little picnic spot and just lay there for while taking it all in.
Honestly I found “being still” uncomfortable in moments, as I usually have the habit of being somewhere then, sort of rushing through it and moving on to the next.
However I’m on a journey to rebalance and take it slow once in a while 😌
