A few years ago I was obsessed with buttery, sugar-filled baked goods but when I ate these kinds of foods, my skin would break out and I didn’t feel great either!
I eat healthy because I love feeling good. I decided to try implement natural and organic ingredients to improve my diet. However, I quickly missed my sweet tooth!
I started experimenting with recipes to make typical “healthier” foods indulgent – using all natural ingredients. By doing this, I loved what I ate and it loved me back: keeping me sustained for hours, and feeling great in my body.
I still eat the occasional croissant but those cravings don’t come as often these days.
