A super simple cheesy popcorn, with only a few ingredients! It’s my go-to healthier alternative cheesy snack when I’m feeling peckish. And no, I don’t usually eat popcorn on the floor in front of my sister’s mirror. ⁣

Serves 4 | V GF DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
Popcorn:
1 cup popcorn kernels ⁣
1 tbsp coconut oil ⁣
2 tbsp nutritional yeast⁣
salt & pepper⁣
1 tsp smoked paprika⁣

Method:⁣
1. Preheat a pot on the stove, then on medium heat add the coconut oil and a few popcorn kernels
2. Once they have popped, remove and add the remaining popcorn
⁣3. Move the pot around on the stove to distribute the heat over the cooking time. Once all popped add to a large bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
