A super simple cheesy popcorn, with only a few ingredients! It’s my go-to healthier alternative cheesy snack when I’m feeling peckish. And no, I don’t usually eat popcorn on the floor in front of my sister’s mirror.
Serves 4 | V GF DF RSF
Ingredients:
Popcorn:
1 cup popcorn kernels
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt & pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
Method:
1. Preheat a pot on the stove, then on medium heat add the coconut oil and a few popcorn kernels
2. Once they have popped, remove and add the remaining popcorn
3. Move the pot around on the stove to distribute the heat over the cooking time. Once all popped add to a large bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
