Dill Balsamic Avocado ⁣

Being Australian, avocado toast is a frequent breakfast, lunch, snack, and sometimes dinner. Everyone has their “go-to” and for a while, this one has been mine. ⁣
⁣
I’m gonna say it, dill is probably the greatest herb on earth. I’m a lover of all herbs of course, but there is a special place in my heart for dill. ⁣

Serves 1 V DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
2 slices pumpernickel rye bread ⁣
1 avocado⁣
Balsamic vinegar
Hummus⁣
Dill⁣
Lime⁣
Sea salt flakes⁣


Method:⁣
1. Cut the avocado, peel off the skin, and slice
2. Toast the rye bread, smear hummus, and add sliced avocado
⁣3. Squeeze lime juice, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, dill, sea salt flakes, and pepper
