When I lived at home in my late teens I lived in our granny flat & had my own little kitchenette. I would write on little post-it notes all throughout my kitchen of little recipe adjustments to my smoothies. All to get the perfect flavour combinations, Nutella being my first, which I’ve now made more times than I can count.

Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar-Free
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 frozen bananas
- Handful of ice
- 1/2 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp cacao
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
Toppings:
- Cacao nibs
- Granola
- Strawberries
Method:
- In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, ice, hazelnut butter, peanut butter, cacao, almond milk, maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Blend the ingredients together until just combined and creamy, ensuring not to over-blend.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into bowls, dividing it evenly between two servings.
- Add your desired toppings, such as cacao nibs, granola, and fresh strawberries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
