Rosemary & Thyme French Fries⁣

Potatoes in their greatest form. I have been making my own oven baked fries for a few years now, as it’s so easy and tastes the best. When using fresh herbs with a citrusy garlic aioli sauce – you’ll finish the whole bowl yourself. ⁣


Serves 2 | V GF DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
• 3 potatoes⁣
• Olive oil⁣
• Fresh rosemary ⁣
• Fresh thyme⁣
• Sea salt flakes⁣
⁣
Aioli:⁣
• 1/4 cup greek yoghurt⁣
• 2 tsp garlic⁣
• 1 tbsp lemon juice ⁣
• 2 tsp sea salt flakes ⁣
• 2 tsp olive oil⁣
⁣
Method: ⁣
1. Wash and peel potatoes. Slice potatoes into a ‘chip’ size of your choice. ⁣
⁣2. Pat raw chips dry with a paper towel, as this will help cook the chips evenly. Put raw chips into bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme and mix well. ⁣
⁣3. Evenly spread raw chips on a greased baking tray, allowing for space between chips. Cook in oven at 200°C for half an hour, or until golden. ⁣
⁣4. Add aioli ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Serve with fries and enjoy!
