Super simple recipe with 2 ingredients! I made my own seasoning, so decided to make my own bagel to match. I was inspired by the tiktok bagel trend and let me tell you they are worth it! ⁣

It took 5 minutes to make and I just cooked them in the air fryer. Am obsessed with how easy they are and how well they turned out. Also, everything but the bagel seasoning is so hard to buy in Australia, so I’m properly discovering this flavour for the first time and am obsessed 😍❤️⁣

Serves 4 | RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
1 cup self-raising wholewheat flour ⁣
1 cup greek yoghurt⁣
Pinch sea salt⁣
⁣
Everything bagel seasoning:⁣
1 tbsp white sesame seeds⁣
3 tsp dried minced onion⁣
3 tsp dried minced garlic⁣
3 tsp black sesame seeds⁣
2 tsp sea salt flakes⁣
1 tsp sesame ⁣
⁣
Coating:⁣
1 egg (or vegan butter)⁣
Everything bagel seasoning ⁣
⁣
Method:⁣
1. Mix together the flour, salt and greek yoghurt
2. Lightly flour a surface and roll in a ball
3. Divide into four sections with a knife and roll them out into 4 lines
4. Carefully mould them into a bagel shape
⁣5. In a small bowl mix 1 egg with a fork and generously brush over the bagels
6. Season with everything bagel topping
⁣7. I air-fried my bagels for 10 minutes in my air fryer, but you can bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden on 180°C
⁣8. Slice in half and top with your favourite spread, enjoy!⁣
