PB & J Açai Bowl Recipe | Aka best açai bowl flavour

Looking for a breakfast that is both quick and delicious? Look no further than this PB & J Açai Bowl recipe. It has become my go-to choice when I can’t decide what to have in the morning. With the perfect blend of creamy açai, frozen bananas, blueberries, peanut butter, and a touch of maple syrup, it’s a delightful treat that will keep you energized throughout the day. Easy, consistent, and completely delicious.

Açai bowls introduced me to the wonderful world of smoothie bowls, with a texture reminiscent of gelato, alongside their refreshing, fruity flavours. It was love at first bite. And when it comes to açai bowls, I simply can’t resist adding a generous drizzle of nut butter. That’s why combining the creamy goodness of açai with the classic combination of peanut butter and jelly was a match made in heaven for me! The creamy açai base, the swirls of peanut butter, and the burst of fruity sweetness create a harmonious and indulgent flavor experience that never fails to satisfy.

Serves 2 | V GF DF RSF
Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar-Free
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 frozen bananas
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 açai packet
• 1/3 cup coconut water
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings:
• Granola
• Peanut butter

Method:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, açai packet, coconut water, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into bowls, creating a smooth and even base for your toppings.
  3. Sprinkle granola generously over the açai mixture.
  4. Drizzle a spoonful of peanut butter on top.
  5. Dive right into your PB & J Açai Bowl.

Ingredients

  • Açai Bowl:
  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 açai packet

  • 1/3 cup coconut water

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • Toppings:
  • Granola

  • Peanut butter

Directions

  • Blend together açai ingredients until just combined and creamy
