Ingredients:
Porridge:

  • 1/3 cup steel-cut oats
  • 2/3 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Toppings:

  • Banana slices
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • A sprinkle of coconut flakes
  • Dash of cacao nibs
  • Drizzle of Rawtella (vegan hazelnut spread)

  1. In a pot, combine the porridge ingredients and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until the oats are soft and the mixture is creamy.
  2. Once the oats are cooked to perfection, transfer them to a bowl.
  3. Now it’s time to add the toppings! Arrange the banana slices, fresh raspberries, chopped hazelnuts, pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and a drizzle of Rawtella over the porridge.
