Takes me back to Paris ✨ The first time I had tried a banana crepes was from the Christmas markets in the Tuileries Garden. ⁣
⁣
This creamy topping combination is beautiful and they are also so easy to make! Put all the ingredients in a blender, blitz and pour it in! So simple yet impressive 😍 ⁣


Serves 6 | V DF GF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
1 cup rolled oats⁣
1 cup oat milk⁣
2 eggs⁣
1 tsp cinnamon⁣
1 tsp maple syrup⁣
⁣
Toppings:⁣
Dairy-free chocolate ⁣
Vanilla cashew butter⁣
Bananas ⁣
⁣
Method:⁣
1. Blend up all the ingredients together in your blender until smooth
⁣2. Add a scoop on an oiled fry pan and move the pan to evenly coat
3. Flip and repeat with the remaining batter
⁣4. Melt chocolate and add a little coconut oil to cashew butter if you want it really runny
5. Drizzle on crepes and add bananas. Enjoy!
