Takes me back to Paris ✨ The first time I had tried a banana crepes was from the Christmas markets in the Tuileries Garden.
This creamy topping combination is beautiful and they are also so easy to make! Put all the ingredients in a blender, blitz and pour it in! So simple yet impressive 😍
Serves 6 | V DF GF RSF
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup oat milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
Toppings:
Dairy-free chocolate
Vanilla cashew butter
Bananas
Method:
1. Blend up all the ingredients together in your blender until smooth
2. Add a scoop on an oiled fry pan and move the pan to evenly coat
3. Flip and repeat with the remaining batter
4. Melt chocolate and add a little coconut oil to cashew butter if you want it really runny
5. Drizzle on crepes and add bananas. Enjoy!
