This has made me re-think buying gelato ever again. This could be eaten by itself or topped with whatever you like! It’s a little sweeter than a smoothie bowl and the texture is firmer, making it the perfect dessert!
Serves 2 | V GF DF RSF
Ingredients:
1 pack frozen açai
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings:
Peanut butter
Banana
Granola
Method:
1. Blend all the ingredients together
2. Once combined and creamy scoop into a container and freeze for 2 hours
3. Once frozen, scoop out into a bowl and add toppings

- You can keep up to a month but allow time to defrost from the freezer before serving
- If you need add a little milk to the blender when blending the ingredients together
