This has made me re-think buying gelato ever again. This could be eaten by itself or topped with whatever you like! It’s a little sweeter than a smoothie bowl and the texture is firmer, making it the perfect dessert!⁣

Serves 2 | V GF DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
1 pack frozen açai⁣
2 frozen bananas⁣
1 cup frozen mixed berries⁣
1/2 cup frozen mango⁣
1 tbsp peanut butter⁣
1/2 tbsp maple syrup⁣
⁣
Toppings:⁣
Peanut butter⁣
Banana⁣
Granola⁣


Method:⁣
1. Blend all the ingredients together
⁣2. Once combined and creamy scoop into a container and freeze for 2 hours⁣
⁣3. Once frozen, scoop out into a bowl and add toppings

  • Blend all the ingredients together
  • Once combined and creamy scoop into a container and freeze for 2 hours⁣
  • Once frozen, scoop out into a bowl and add toppings

Notes

  • You can keep up to a month but allow time to defrost from the freezer before serving
  • If you need add a little milk to the blender when blending the ingredients together
