Creamy and Refreshing Açai Ice-Cream Recipe

This delightful frozen treat, Açai Ice-Cream, has completely changed my perspective on store-bought gelato. With its luscious sweetness and smooth texture, it is the ultimate dessert indulgence. Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar-Free

Ingredients:⁣

  • 1 pack of frozen açai
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings:⁣

  • Peanut butter
  • Sliced banana
  • Granola

Method:⁣

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen açai, frozen bananas, mixed berries, frozen mango, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Once the mixture reaches a thick and creamy consistency, transfer it to a freezer-safe container.
  4. Place the container in the freezer and let it set for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once the Açai Ice-Cream is fully frozen, scoop the creamy goodness into bowls and get ready to add your favorite toppings.
  6. Drizzle peanut butter over the ice cream, add slices of banana, and sprinkle with granola for a delightful crunch.

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients together
  • Once combined and creamy scoop into a container and freeze for 2 hours⁣
  • Once frozen, scoop out into a bowl and add toppings

Notes

  • You can keep up to a month but allow time to defrost from the freezer before serving
  • If you need add a little milk to the blender when blending the ingredients together
