Healthy Smoothie Bowl Packed with Tropical Flavours

Transport yourself to a beachside paradise with this refreshing Beach Bowl Smoothie Bowl recipe. With a combination of frozen bananas, mango, coconut water, and a hint of blue spirulina, each spoonful is a delightful taste of paradise. Topped with crunchy granola, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and a drizzle of creamy cashew butter, this bowl is a truly tropical treat that will make you feel like you’re lounging by the sea.

Serves 1-2 Bowls | V GF DF RSF
Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar-Free

Ingredients:
Smoothie Bowl:

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • Splash of maple syrup (optional)

Toppings:

  • Granola
  • Coconut flakes
  • Cacao nibs
  • Cashew butter

Method:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, frozen mango, coconut water, vanilla protein powder, blue spirulina, and a splash of maple syrup if desired. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into bowls, creating a smooth and even base.
  3. Sprinkle the top of the smoothie bowls with granola, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and dollops of creamy cashew butter.
  4. Grab a spoon, dive in, and enjoy the refreshing and tropical flavors of the Beach Bowl.

  • Smoothie Bowl:
  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas

Directions

  • Blend together the smoothie ingredients together until just combined and creamy
