Sometimes all my brain wants to handle is minimal, simple and concentration free cooking. ⁣
⁣
When you look at the ingredient list, you wouldn’t even know that it is a cookie, but the flavour, texture and experience is otherwise! A dream to make and even dreamier to eat!⁣

Serves 8 | V GF DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
2 bananas ⁣
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut ⁣
2 tsp cacao⁣
2 tsp cinnamon ⁣
Handful sugar-free chocolate chips⁣
⁣
Method:⁣
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C
2. Mash the bananas and mix all the ingredients up in a bowl
⁣3. Scoop out and shape cookie size circles on a tray
4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, flip the cookies halfway through the baking process so both sides are cooked evenly
⁣5. Serve and enjoy!
