I often don’t have tahini on me, so this was a recipe that I had long wanted to discover. It’s very creamy and delicious. The hard part is not finishing it all in one sitting!
GF RSF
Ingredients:
1 tin chickpeas
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp greek yoghurt
1 tsp dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender
2. Blend until creamy
3. Store in a seal tight container in the fridge
