These flavours are such a beautiful blend, I’m obsessed with anything sweet and salty combination. If you haven’t tried tahini before, this duo is a perfect start 😍
Serves 1 V DF RSF
Ingredients:
Porridge:
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1/3 cup oat milk
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Toppings:
Date syrup
Tahini
Sesame seeds
Buckwheat groats
Method:
Add the oats, milk, water and salt together. Cook for a min of 30 mins when all the liquid is absorbed.
Test the oats, wait until they are creamy and soft. If not, add a little more water. When the oats are just starting to form again, serve into a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
