Such a great little snack to make with ingredients you can make with what you have in the cupboard! I thought of this this snack when I wasn’t feeling a wrap and wanted to try something different for lunch. It’s so simple, yet holds so much flavour ✨⁣


Serves 2 | V GF DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
Tortilla chips:⁣
2 whole grain tortilla wraps ⁣
Olive oil⁣
⁣
Spice mix:⁣
1 tsp cumin powder⁣
1 tsp cajun powder⁣
1 tsp cayenne powder⁣
1 tsp paprika powder⁣
pinch garlic powder⁣
pinch salt & pepper ⁣
⁣
Guacamole:⁣
2 avocados⁣
1 lime⁣
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes⁣
1/4 red onion⁣
1/2 green chili ⁣
Handful coriander ⁣
⁣
Method:⁣
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. In a small bowl add spice mix together and mix together
⁣3. Slice up tortilla wraps, drizzle with olive oil and rub in. Sprinkle spice mix and rub in
⁣4. Lay out chips on baking tray and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until golden
⁣5. Slice up all the guacamole ingredients and add to a bowl and mix together
⁣6. Serve chips with guac and enjoy
