I used to not like mint flavoured things. That was until I tried fresh mint. I’ve now become addicted to adding fresh mint into a lot of my dishes. Just blend up all these ingredients besides the oats and cook it all together. It’s so creamy and holds so much flavour.

Serves 1 V DF RSF
Ingredients:
Porridge:
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1/3 cup oat milk
1 cup water
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp cacao
Handful mint leaves

Toppings:
Vegan chocolate
Mint

Method:
1. Pour the oats into a pot
2. Blend together mint, water, oat milk, cacao, and maple in a blender and pour the mixture into the pot with the oats
3. Cook for a min of 20 minutes, frequently add water to maintain softness
4. Pour into a bowl
5. Drizzle with chocolate and top with mint and enjoy!
