Porridge topped with nice cream? Yep! This was fun and the hot/cold sensation was almost as good as the flavour.

Ingredients:
Porridge:
1/3 cup steel-cut oats
1/3 cup oat milk
2/3 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
PB chocolate nice cream:
1 frozen banana
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp cacao
Toppings:
Banana
Cacao nibs
Peanut butter
Method:
1. Add the porridge ingredients to a pot over low heat for 20 minutes
2. Meanwhile, blend the nice cream ingredients together until smooth (I used a small handheld food chopper for mine)
3. Serve oats into a bowl and scoop on nice cream
4. Add other toppings and enjoy!
