Peanut Butter Granola

Crunchy, salty and altogether wholesome. I made this to compliment my obsession with PB & j flavoured smoothies and porridge, but now I can’t stop eating it out of the jar. 😅It’s too good!!

Makes 750g | GF DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
1 cup oats
3/4 cup buckwheat groats ⁣
1/4 cup peanuts
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup sunflower seeds⁣⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut oil⁣
2 tbsp maple
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Pinch sea salt ⁣

Toppings:
Coconut yoghurt
Banana
Peanut Butter
Maple syrup

Method:⁣
1. Mix all the granola ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Pour out the mixture into a baking tray.
3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes or until golden. ⁣
4. Allow to completely cool and store in an airtight container.
5. In a bowl, scoop out coconut yoghurt, granola, banana, maple syrup and peanut butter. Enjoy!
