I’m starting to get addicted to combining recipes. I feel like a kid playing with my food, mixing textures and ingredients. For me, it’s all about adding new layers to the eating experience. ✨💫⁣


Serves 2 V GF DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
Vanilla chia pudding:⁣
1/4 cup chia seeds⁣
1 cup coconut milk⁣
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt ⁣
2 tsp maple syrup ⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣
⁣
Pistachio smoothie:⁣
2 frozen bananas⁣
2 slices frozen zucchini⁣
1/3 cup almond milk⁣
1/4 cup pistachios ⁣
1/2 tsp cinnamon ⁣
1 tsp spirulina ⁣
1 medjool date⁣
⁣
Toppings:⁣
Bananas⁣
Granola⁣
Cashew butter ⁣
⁣
Method:⁣
1. Mix all the chia pudding ingredients besides the coconut yoghurt and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
2. After it is set, mix in a tablespoon of coconut yoghurt to the pudding
3. Pour into bowls
4. Blend together smoothie ingredients and pour next to chia pudding
5. Add toppings and enjoy!
