I’m pretty sure I’ve storied at least 10 ramen bowls since starting this page and by popular demand, I am finally posting one! These noodles have a little kick to them too ⚡️
I used to not like spicy food, but have slowly started to add a little bit more and more and slowly gaining more tolerance to it. I’ve been craving it more and start to want to add chili flakes to almost anything 😂
These noodles are my forever go-to dinner 💫
Serves 1 | DF
Ingredients:
1 cup ramen noodles
1 egg
1/2 cup mushrooms
Sauce:
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp ssamjang
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
Toppings:
Seaweed
Sesame seeds
Chilli flakes
Coriander
Spring onion
Method:
1. Firstly cut up all your vegetables
2. Boil a pot of water and cook noodles until al dente and drain
3. Boil another pot of water and boil an egg for 7 minutes
4. Prepare a bowl of water and ice and place the egg in
5. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl
6. In a pan drizzle in sesame oil with garlic and ginger then cook in mushrooms
7. Add the noodles to the mushrooms with the sauce and mix
8. Pour noodles into a bowl
9. Remove egg from the ice bath, peel and slice, and place on noodles
10. Add other toppings and enjoy!

Notes
- You can substitute tamari with soy sauce
- You can substitute ssamjang with miso
- You can substitute dark soy sauce with soy sauce
