I love waffles because they are just like pancakes, but easier. Just pour the batter into the machine and it’ll tell you when it’s done. Make extra, freeze them and toast them the next morning 🙌⁣

Serves 6 | GF DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
Waffles:
2 cups rolled oats⁣
1 tsp baking powder⁣
1 tsp cinnamon⁣
Pinch of sea salt⁣
2 bananas⁣
1 egg⁣
1 cup oat milk⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
⁣
Salted Caramel:⁣
1/4 cup maple syrup⁣
1 tbsp cashew butter⁣
1 tbsp coconut oil⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
1 tsp sea salt⁣

⁣Method:⁣
1. Add caramel ingredients into a small pot and cook on stovetop until caramel forms
⁣2. Preheat and grease the waffle maker
3. Add all waffle ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed until smooth
⁣4. Add 1/3 cup of batter to waffle maker (depending on your machine) and cook
⁣5. Repeat with the remaining mixture and place waffles on a cooling rack
6. Plate waffles and add toppings. Enjoy!
