Sharing this is like showing you where I first started out with smoothies. Salted caramel smoothies were almost being made daily when I bought my first blender. I bought one secondhand online for $15, but it did the job until I eventually broke it from making too many 😂 All I’ll say is this bowl looks better now then it did then. ⁣

Serves 2 V DF GF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
2 frozen bananas⁣
Handful ice cubes ⁣
1 tbsp caramel protein powder⁣
2 medjool dates⁣
1 tbsp cashew butter⁣
1 tbsp chia seeds⁣
Pinch sea salt ⁣
Splash almond milk⁣
⁣
Toppings:⁣
Bananas ⁣
Strawberries⁣
Raspberries⁣
Coconut yoghurt⁣
Buckinis⁣
Cacao nibs⁣
Caramel cashew butter ⁣
⁣
Method:⁣
Add smoothie ingredients to the blender and blend until just combined and creamy, serve and add toppings. ⁣
⁣
Tips: ⁣
Use a high speed blender/ food processor. If it seems a bit empty in your jug (this recipe is based off a vitamix), add more banana. ⁣
⁣
If you want your smoothie bowl to stay frozen longer, try use a plastic style bowl, I like to place mine in the freezer just before making my smoothies! ⁣
⁣
Also have all your toppings and fruit already chopped and ready to assemble beforehand, you basically want to pour it out and go!
