Spiced Vanilla Bircher Muesli ⁣

This turned out sweet and creamy like a yummy custard dessert. Topped with fresh fruit you can choose whether to keep this for breakfast or dessert ✨⁣


⁣Serves 2 V DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
1/3 cup rolled oats⁣
1/3 cup quick oats⁣
1 tbsp chia seeds⁣
2/3 cup almond milk⁣
1/2 tbsp honey ⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣
1/2 tsp cinnamon⁣
1/4 tsp nutmeg ⁣
Pinch all spice ⁣
Pinch sea salt ⁣
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt⁣
⁣
Toppings:⁣
Almond butter⁣
Coconut ⁣
Blueberries ⁣
Strawberries ⁣
Bananas ⁣
⁣
Method:⁣
Add all the overnight oat ingredients, except the coconut yoghurt. Refrigerate in a jar overnight. ⁣
⁣
In the morning add in the coconut yoghurt and mix well. Add other toppings and you’re off to go!
