This turned out sweet and creamy like a yummy custard dessert. Topped with fresh fruit you can choose whether to keep this for breakfast or dessert ✨
Serves 2 V DF RSF
Ingredients:
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup quick oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup almond milk
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Pinch all spice
Pinch sea salt
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Toppings:
Almond butter
Coconut
Blueberries
Strawberries
Bananas
Method:
Add all the overnight oat ingredients, except the coconut yoghurt. Refrigerate in a jar overnight.
In the morning add in the coconut yoghurt and mix well. Add other toppings and you’re off to go!
