Tiramisu Mousse ⁣

I got inspired by my favourite YouTuber @thekellystamps, (who always mentions how there’s nothing a tiramisu can’t fix) and made these delicious babies. The yummiest dessert you could ever dive a spoon in to😍⁣


Serves 3-6| V GF DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
1 1/4 cups cashews⁣
1/2 cup tinned coconut milk⁣
3 tbsp maple syrup⁣
3 tbsp lemon juice⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
3 tbsp espresso shot ⁣
Pinch sea salt ⁣


Method:⁣
1. Soak the cashews overnight or in a bowl of boiling water for 1 hour then drain⁣
⁣2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend together until thick and creamy
3. Pour into dishes and refrigerate up to 3 hours or overnight
⁣4. Once complete, dust with cacao powder and enjoy!
