I got inspired by my favourite YouTuber @thekellystamps, (who always mentions how there’s nothing a tiramisu can’t fix) and made these delicious babies. The yummiest dessert you could ever dive a spoon in to😍
Serves 3-6| V GF DF RSF
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups cashews
1/2 cup tinned coconut milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp espresso shot
Pinch sea salt
Method:
1. Soak the cashews overnight or in a bowl of boiling water for 1 hour then drain
2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend together until thick and creamy
3. Pour into dishes and refrigerate up to 3 hours or overnight
4. Once complete, dust with cacao powder and enjoy!
