Easy and Healthy 2-Ingredient Wrap Recipe

After satisfying my sweet tooth in the mornings, I often find myself craving for some veggies and a dose of protein for lunch. This recipe is not only incredibly easy to make, but it’s also healthy with endless flavour possibilities. Get ready to enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal that you can keep on repeat and not get sick of!

2 Ingredient Wrap made from spinach and egg filled with delicious healthy fillings

Serves 1 | GF DF RSF⁣
Gluten-Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar-Free
Ingredients:⁣
Wrap:⁣

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • Optional: Salt and pepper
  • Optional: Parsley

Fillings:⁣

  • Pesto
  • Capsicum
  • Spinach
  • Red onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Mushroom
  • Parsley
  • Avocado
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Seasonings of choice

Method:⁣

  1. Begin by cutting up your preferred vegetables and sauté them in a pan until tender. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the eggs and spinach, along with any optional ingredients like salt, pepper, or parsley.
  3. Grease a crepe pan and pour the egg and spinach mixture onto it.
  4. Cook the wrap on low to medium heat for approximately 10 minutes or until it appears cooked throughout. Carefully flip the wrap to cook the other side.
  5. Once cooked, remove the wrap from heat and plate it.
  6. Add your favorite fillings, such as pesto, capsicum, spinach, red onion, tomatoes, mushroom, parsley, avocado, balsamic vinegar, and any seasonings of your choice.
  7. Wrap it all up, and get ready to enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal.
