Chocolate Fudge Pancakes

Ideal breakfast when your sweet tooth demands some attention ✨

Serves 2 | V GF DF RSF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
Pancakes:
1 1/2 cup gf oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup oat milk

Choc tahini sauce:
2 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup boiling water

Toppings:
Coconut yoghurt
Cacao nibs
Banana

Method:
1. In a small dish add the oat milk and apple cider vinegar together and leave aside for a couple of minutes
2. Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the milk and apple sauce and combine
3. Grease the pan and scoop out 1/4 cup of batter into the centre
4. Then flip gently to keep the thickness
5. Mix the sauce ingredients together
6. Pour over the pancakes and enjoy!
