I am someone who always craves something savoury in the afternoons and this was perfect. If you ever need something quick and easy without compromising on flavour, try this!

Ingredients:
Baby sweet peppers
Hummus
Smoked paprika
Salt & pepper
Pickled onion
Coriander

Method:
1. Cut the peppers in half and scoop out the seeds
2. Smear in hummus
3. Add toppings and enjoy!
