Pancakes:
• 2 cups oats
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 egg
• 1 banana
• 1 cup cashew milk
• 1 tsp maca powder
• 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
• 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
• Pinch sea salt

Icing:
• 2 tbsp vanilla cashew butter
• Boiling water

Toppings:
• Coconut yoghurt
• Christmas cookies
• Sprinkles

Method:
1. Blend the dry ingredients in your blender then add the wet ingredients and blend
2. Place aside for 10 minutes to thicken, scoop out 1/3 cup of batter on a fry pan and cook
