Cookie Dough Smoothie Bowl Recipe | Creamy and Irresistible

Get ready to satisfy your cookie dough cravings in a healthier way with this delectable Cookie Dough Smoothie Bowl. Combining the creamy goodness of frozen bananas, the nutty richness of almond butter, and the delightful crunch of cacao nibs, this smoothie bowl is a guilt-free alternative to traditional cookie dough desserts. So grab your blender and let’s dive into the world of cookie dough heaven.

Every time I go out for ice cream I usually end up picking cookie dough. So it was only necessary that I made it into a smoothie bowl. This will become your new weekly go-to breakfast or dessert!

Serves 2 | V GF DF
Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Toppings:

  • Granola
  • Chocolate chips
  • Almond butter
  • Cookie dough

Method:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, frozen cauliflower (if using), almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend until the ingredients are just combined and creamy.
  2. Once the mixture is creamy, add the cacao nibs to the blender and blend for a few seconds to incorporate them into the smoothie while maintaining their crunch.
  3. Pour the smoothie into bowls and get creative with your toppings. Sprinkle granola, chocolate chips, dollops of almond butter, and crumbled cookie dough over the smoothie bowl.
  4. Take a moment to admire the beautiful creation before you, then dive in with a spoon and enjoy the creamy, cookie dough-infused flavors.

Directions

  • Blend together smoothie ingredients, besides the cacao nibs until just combined and creamy, once creamy add the cacao nibs and blend for a few seconds until just combined
  • Pour into bowls
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
