Every time I go out for ice cream I usually end up picking cookie dough. So it was only necessary that I made it into a smoothie bowl.
Serves 2 | V GF DF
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao nibs
Pinch cinnamon
Toppings:
Granola
Chocolate chips
Almond butter
Cookie dough
Method:
1. Blend together smoothie ingredients, besides the cacao nibs until just combined and creamy, once creamy add the cacao nibs and blend for a few seconds until just combined
2. Pour into bowls
3. Add toppings and enjoy!
