Every time I go out for ice cream I usually end up picking cookie dough. So it was only necessary that I made it into a smoothie bowl. This will become your new weekly go-to breakfast or dessert!

Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower (optional)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- Pinch of cinnamon
Toppings:
- Granola
- Chocolate chips
- Almond butter
- Cookie dough
Method:
- In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, frozen cauliflower (if using), almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend until the ingredients are just combined and creamy.
- Once the mixture is creamy, add the cacao nibs to the blender and blend for a few seconds to incorporate them into the smoothie while maintaining their crunch.
- Pour the smoothie into bowls and get creative with your toppings. Sprinkle granola, chocolate chips, dollops of almond butter, and crumbled cookie dough over the smoothie bowl.

- Blend together smoothie ingredients, besides the cacao nibs until just combined and creamy, once creamy add the cacao nibs and blend for a few seconds until just combined
- Pour into bowls
- Add toppings and enjoy!
