After I posted my what I eat in a day post last week, I had a lot of requests to share my banana crumble dessert recipe. This is so easy to make and is so indulgent. It’s honestly the best way to end the night. 😌☁️
Serves 2 | V GF DF RSF
Ingredients:
Filling:
2 bananas
1/4 cup water
2 tsp almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Crumble:
2 tbsp rolled oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup gf oat flour
3 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
Topping:
Coconut yoghurt
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Add all filling ingredients into a pan besides the banana until combined
3. Slice up bananas and add to the pan, cook until bananas soften
4. Grease a ramekin and scoop in mixture
5. Mix all crumble ingredients together in a bowl and spoon on top of filling
6. Bake in the oven for 10 min or until golden
7. Scoop into bowls, top with coconut yoghurt and enjoy!
