Cake Batter Easter Eggs

I hope you have had an amazing Easter. If your birthday is around this time of year or you just love the taste of cake batter you need to try this recipe. 💖

Serves 14 | V DF GF RSF
Ingredients:
4 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp cashew butter
1/4 vanilla extract
Sprinkles

Toppings:
DF white chocolate
Pink natural food colouring

Method:
1. Mix ingredients together until dough forms
2. Roll into small egg shapes
3. Melt chocolate and add food colouring
4. Using tooth picks dip eggs in chocolate and refrigerate until set, enjoy!
