Cinnabon Smoothie Bowl

One of the best baked treats transformed into a smoothie bowl. If you like to have a little fun with your breakfast, you need to try this bowl.

Serves 2 V GF DF RSF
Ingredients:
• 2 frozen bananas
• Handful ice cubes
• 1/3 cup almond milk
• 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
• Pinch nutmeg
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Cream Cheese Frosting:
• 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp maple syrup

Cinnamon Drizzle:
• 1/4 cup almond butter
• 1/2 tbsp date sauce
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Method:
1. Blend together smoothie ingredients until just combined and creamy
2. Pour into bowls
3. In 2 separate bowls mix the cinnamon drizzle and cream cheese frosting ingredients together
4. Pipe on to smoothie bowls, enjoy!
