This is one of my favourite ways to eat kale. When you massage and the leaves and bake them, they turn into perfectly crispy chips. If you haven’t tried this yet, this is must try!
Serves 4 | V GF DF RSF
Ingredients:
1 bunch kale
Olive oil
Everything bagel seasoning
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160°C / 300°F Rinse the kale and dry thoroughly
2. Remove the leaves from the stalks and break a apart and place into a bowl
3. Drizzle with 2 tsp of olive oil and massage until slightly softened
4. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning
5. Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy
6. Remove and enjoy!
