Vanilla cashew butter centre with a white and dark chocolate coat. This is my favourite snack at the moment, just like kinder surprise was favourite childhood snack. So simple and the perfect solution to my sweet cravings.

Serves 12 V GF DF
Ingredients:
12 medjool dates
Vanilla cashew butter
White vegan chocolate
Milk vegan chocolate

Method:
1. Remove pips from medjool dates by cutting the medjool dates ion half lengthways
2. Scoop in vanilla cashew butter
3. Freeze for 10 minutes
4. Melt white and milk chocolate in separate bowls
5. Dip the dates in white chocolate, place on a plate with parchment paper
6. Freeze for 5 minutes
7. Repeat the process with milk chocolate and freeze for 5 minutes
8. Remove and enjoy!
