PB & J Oatmeal

You can never have enough PB&J. The combination that will forever be my standard. I added spirulina and butterfly pea powder for added adaptogens and as a bonus, makes it blue!

Serves 1 | V DF RSF
Ingredients:
2/3 cup / 64g rolled oats
1 cup / 255ml oat milk
1 cup / 218ml water
1/2 tsp / 2ml vanilla bean paste
2 tsp / 12ml maple syrup
1/2 tsp blue spirulina
1/2 tsp butterfly pea powder

Toppings:
Banana
Peanut butter
Coconut yoghurt
Toasted sesame seeds
Mulberries
Peanuts
Blueberries

Method:
1. Add all the porridge ingredients together in a pot
2. Cook for a min of 20 mins
3. Test the oats, wait until they are soft, when the oats are just starting to form again, serve into a bowl
4. Add toppings and enjoy!
