I love to make this drink in the afternoons as a pick me up over having another coffee. Plus I’ve also been a little obsessed with the flavour lately.
Serves 1 V DF RSF
Ingredients:
• 1 tsp matcha powder
• 125ml soy milk
• 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• Handful ice
Method:
Add ingredients to a milk frothier, spin on cold. Place ice into your glass and pour it in. Enjoy!
