This avocado toast has everything you need. Be careful though, this dish may render cafe brunches completely obsolete. Now I just need to work out how to make the perfect flat white ☕️
Serves 1 V DF RSF
2 slices sourdough
Cut the avocado, peel off the skin and slice one half. Toast the sourdough, smear both with hummus and dip with the sliced avocado.
Sprinkle with herbs, dukkah, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
