Cheesecake is definitely one of the superior cakes and the flavour deserves to be in our lives more than the occasional celebratory event. So cheesecake porridge it is.

Ingredients:
Cheesecake porridge:
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1/3 cup oat milk
3/4 cups water
1 tsp cashew butter
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
1 tbsp greek yoghurt
1/4 cup raspberries
Toppings:
Cherries
Strawberries
Raspberries
Red grapes
Buckwheat groats
Method:
1. Add 1/4 cup raspberries to the pot and cook on medium heat until compote forms
2. Add all the other porridge ingredients in to the pot besides the yoghurt
3. Cook for a min of 20 mins, slowly add water to the oats over the cooking time
4. Test the oats, wait until they are soft, when the oats are just starting to form again, mix in the greek yoghurt and serve into a bowl
5. Add on toppings and enjoy!
