I always feel like a little treat after dinner, and love to make my own nice-cream for a quick and delicious dessert. Chocolate, hazelnuts and espresso are all my favourite flavours combined into one.
Serves 4 | V GF DF RSF
Ingredients:
• 3 frozen bananas
• 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/3 cup vegan chocolate
• 1 tbsp hazelnut butter
• 1 tbsp cold brewed coffee
Toppings:
• Choc hazelnut butter
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to your magimix and choose the frozen dessert option.
2. Pulse and move contents into the bowl if it gets stuck.
3. Pour out into a container and place in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight.
4. Scoop out and drizzle choc hazelnut butter on top, enjoy!
