Maybe my favourite way to have a green smoothie bowl. If you weren’t already convinced that lime and mint are a perfect match, this should do it. It’s such a refreshing way to start your morning.
Serves 1 | V GF DF RSF
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 frozen bananas
• 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
• 1 cup frozen papaya
• 1/2 cup frozen spinach
• 1/3 cup coconut water
• 1/2 tbsp cashew butter
• Handful mint
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1/2 tsp spirulina
Toppings:
• Berries
• Coconut flakes
• Cacao nibs
• Almond butter
Method:
- Blend together smoothie ingredients until just combined and creamy
- Pour into a bowl
- Add toppings and enjoy!
