If you love smoothies and looking for something festive to make for breakfast this bowl is a must. I was inspired by a few of my gingerbread flavoured dishes.
Serves 1 | DF RSF
Ingredients:
• 1 frozen banana
• Handful ice cubes
• 1/3 cup almond milk
• 1 tbsp vanilla protein
• 1/4 tsp gingerbread spice
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• 1 medjool date
• Optional: 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
Toppings:
• Gingerbread almond butter
• Gingerbread
• Blackberries
Method:
1. Blend together smoothie ingredients until just combined and creamy
2. Pour into bowls
3. Add toppings and enjoy!
