This has a little heat and is incredibly refreshing. Especially here in QLD, It’s the most beautiful sweet but smooth fruit. Honestly, I don’t think I have ever heard anyone say they don’t like mango.

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup drinking coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut water
1/2 lime juice
Handful ice
Pinch chilli powder
Method:
1. Blend together smoothie ingredients, until smooth and creamy
