I used to drink 3 coffees a day, however this year, I’m slowly trying to reduce the amount of caffeine I have in my diet. So most days I now have a morning coffee and an afternoon matcha latte.
I was full on experimenting with this and it goes sooooo well together. Trust me when I say add this to your “to try” list 🤍
Serves 1 DF RSF
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp matcha powder
50ml warm water
100ml soy milk
1-2 tsp maple syrup
Pinch sea salt
Method:
1. Whisk together matcha and 50ml of water until combined and paste-like
2. Add the other ingredients together in a milk frother until combined and creamy
