I love making my own granola. It’s so easy and completely customisable. Just mix all the ingredients in one bowl and bake! Takes a few minutes and you have granola for a week.⁣


⁣Serves 2 | V DF RSF GF⁣
Ingredients:⁣
Granola:⁣
1/3 cup macadamia ⁣
1/3 cup cashews⁣
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds⁣
1/3 cup coconut flakes⁣
1/2 cup rolled oats ⁣
2 tbsp maple ⁣
1 tbsp coconut oil⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
⁣
Topping:⁣
Kiwi fruit⁣
Poached apples⁣
Pear⁣
Cashew butter⁣
Coconut yoghurt⁣
Matcha powder⁣


Method:⁣
1. Preheat the oven on 180°C
2. Add all the granola ingredients to a bowl and mix
3. Add to a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden
⁣4. Boil water, peel the apple and poach until soft. Slice up an apple, and other fruits⁣
⁣5. Add coconut yoghurt, granola, fruit and other toppings
