I love making my own granola. It’s so easy and completely customisable. Just mix all the ingredients in one bowl and bake! Takes a few minutes and you have granola for a week.

Ingredients:
Granola:
1/3 cup macadamia
1/3 cup cashews
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp maple
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
Kiwi fruit
Poached apples
Pear
Cashew butter
Coconut yoghurt
Matcha powder
Method:
1. Preheat the oven on 180°C
2. Add all the granola ingredients to a bowl and mix
3. Add to a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden
4. Boil water, peel the apple and poach until soft. Slice up an apple, and other fruits
5. Add coconut yoghurt, granola, fruit and other toppings
